How to Email Your Team
Login at ucll.org, it should redirect you to your ‘Account’ page. Use the top right dropdown to get there if you're on a different page.
In the center section of the page titled “Players,” click on your kid’s picture to open their player profile.
If you scroll down to the “Player Info” section, you should see a link to the team page. In the example image below you’d click on “Harmon” because that is the coach’s name in this example (Team names in the online system are usually the last name of the coach):
On the team page there are multiple tabs, one of them is titled “EMAIL.” Clicking there will open an email form.
Be sure to check all of the boxes below so that the email sends to the entire team and all the team staff, unless you intend otherwise:
Press the ‘Send button and make sure the page finishes the operation before closing the browser window.
Once you’ve gotten in touch with your team, it’s up to you and the parents if they want to stick to this email system, or if they are willing to use other forms of communication. Some coaches like to send updates through texts or use other apps. It’s up to each coach to figure out what the team is comfortable with, and communicate accordingly.
