2025 Spring Tee Ball

University City Little League has been an integral part of the University City community for over 60 years, and our league continues to grow at a rapid pace! UCLL is a 100% volunteer organization that provides an opportunity for children age 4 through 14 to learn the fundamentals of baseball and to build pride, sportsmanship and a healthy self esteem. We promote teamwork, communication and community involvement. UCLL is looking forward to a fantastic Spring season and are so glad you will be on the field with us.

League age is the player's age on August 31, 2025. Visit our divisions page for more detailed descriptions about player skill-level at each division.

Ages 4-14 are eligible to register for the following divisions:

Tee-Ball (age 4-6)
MAPS-Prep (age 6-8)
MAPS (age 7-9)
Minors (age 9-11)
Majors (age 10-12)
Intermediates (age 11-13)
Juniors (age 12-14)

Important Days / Dates:

Practices and games go from mid-February thru late May.
Most games will be played on Saturdays, with additional weekday games for older divisions (MAPS thru Juniors).
Practices are scheduled on days of the head-coach's choosing between Monday thru Friday. Additional hitting practices may be scheduled as well, older divisions should expect more weekday practices/games, and a higher level of time commitment.
Early-bird signup discount until January 10th.
Last day to register is Friday January 31st.
Assessments will be held Saturday January 25th and Sunday February 2nd.
Teams form in mid February, and you'll be contacted by your head-coach shortly thereafter.
Opening day is planned for March 1st.
Postseason opportunities for MAPS (Little Stars) and 9yo Minors (Future Stars) are scheduled on Father's Day weekend. AllStars and Championship Tournaments (Minors and above) typically run through July 4th. Please plan your summer accordingly!

Required Forms:

Our league requires the following documents from each player every year. These are required prior to assessments, players may not participate in baseball activities without the required forms.

Birth Certificate - upload to registration site. A Birth Certificate is required to verify age.
(Ages 8 and above) Proof of Residency - upload your school enrollment verification form or three documents confirming home address to your profile. More info can be found here on our website.
Medical Release Form - upload OR bring to player assessment day. Coaches will need these on-hand in case of emergency.

A couple important changes for this season:

We've removed the conflicting practice day questions from registration - given the increase in league size we can no longer handle the influx of requests and changes at the beginning of the season.
Everyone will be charged a non-volunteer fee during registration, including board members & coaches.
Volunteers will express interest in a role and wait to confirm with their Manager (Team-based opportunities) or to be assigned (League-wide opportunities). Additional volunteer options may be advertised during the season as well. We'll offer non-volunteer fee refunds at a few different times during the season, depending on when you're assigned a role and/or meet the required minimum number of volunteer hours.

* $50 early bird discount, valid only until January 10th.

** Refund fees will increase from $10 minimum to 50% of registration after January 10th, to cover umpire, jersey, & equipment costs.

*** There is a $50 non-volunteer fee. Will be refunded if you meet volunteer hours.

**** Registration fees include baseball jersey and hat.

***** UCLL may do inter-league play within District 32, depending on enrollment numbers (Minors division and above). This will require travel to other fields outside of UC.

2025 Spring Players Clinic

UC Little League will be partnering with a baseball academy to hold a special players clinic on Sunday February 23rd. Fees are $20 per player. It's open to all players in each division, but there is a hard cap on head count. There will be different time slots for the different divisions see specific times for each group below:

MAPS-Prep: 8:00am-9:30am

MAPS: 10:00am-11:30am

Minors/Majors: 12:00pm-1:30pm

Intermediates/Juniors: 12:00pm-1:30pm
